The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Government of Pakistan has introduced a Sponsorship Scheme in Hajj Policy 2023 for the facilitation of overseas Pakistanis.
Through this Scheme, overseas Pakistanis can:
- Sponsor himself/herself or anyone else for Hajj without balloting.
- Apply for Hajj even if they have performed Hajj in the last five years, unlike the applicant’s Regular Scheme.
Out of the total Government Haji Quota, 43,308 seats have been reserved for this scheme which will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Hajj fees/dues are required to be remitted in USD to the Ministry’s accounts through the SWIFT banking system (details in the attached flyer images).
